The licensee shall provide video content of licensed Satellite TV channels licensed by / having permission of the Authority/ channels of national broadcasters through video streaming techniques and audio feed of licensed FM Radio / Satellite TV channels licensed by / having permission of the Authority/ channels of national broadcasters through Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platform or any other technique to the end users of the Mobile Network Operator under an agreement with Mobile Network Operator (MNO) and content provider / licensee. Such an arrangement will be known as Mobile TV (Video & Audio Content Provision Service).
